REGISTRATION

Registration for Congress is possible only via an online form available on the website. The registration form will be active until October 5th, 2021.
We kindly ask to register no later than that day.
Participation in the Congress is free of charge.

INVITATION

We provide assistance and support to participants who have registered in the system and reported the necessity to obtain an invitation letter in order to enhance the border control procedure. Specific data necessary to receive the invitation should be provided during the Congress registration process. If an invitation is required, participants need to register for the Congress no later than September 26, 2021

CORONAVIRUS

Cross-border Cooperation Congress will be held on 5–7 October 2021 in a hybrid formula (some participants on-site and some online). People coming to Lublin for the Congress are encouraged to check out the latest information about up-to-date health situation and the current restrictions on the entry of foreigners into Poland.

The current restrictions on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland are valid until September 30, 2021.
Pursuant to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers as of August 27, 2021, persons who cross the border of the Republic of Poland in connection with the participation in an international conference, organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland by a state institution or local government, are released from quarantine.
The condition for quarantine release is to document the participation in the conference to the Border Guard by presenting a letter issued by the organizer of the event, confirming the purpose, date and nature of the participation (§ 3 section 2 point 31 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of August 27, 2021 amending the Regulation as of may 6, 2021 on the establishment of certain restrictions and prohibitions in connection with the state of the epidemic).

The Organiser will promptly notify the registered participants via e-mail of any changes.
